LifeLink is your chance to find a place for you to grow and learn with others.

The LifeLinkTeam assists getting groups organized, including recruiting and preparing Group Leaders and Hosts. A new group may be based on neighborhood, stage-of-life, or other affinity. Interpersonal compatibility is very important to insure members will be able to develop close bonds during the life of their group. You may check with the LifeLink Team in the Welcome Center, email them or call the office during the week.

For a new group, members are asked to commit to an eight week starter group get acquainted period. During this time, members can find out if the group will be a good long-term fit. Also, additional members may be added.  At the end of the starter period, members are asked to sign a Group Agreement. The Agreement outlines the commitments members make with each other, including meeting times, goals and aspirations, and the promise of mutual trust and confidentiality. Groups are asked to decide whether to meet together for either a 12 or 18 month period. Groups are strongly encouraged to meet weekly, except for the summer months, when a more relaxed schedule is usually planned.
